I help teens and adults with ADHD and other neurodiversities with executive functioning challenges and anxiety. Together, we build tools that help you build a flexible relationship with your thoughts and feelings as well as daily strategies to support your executive functioning.

About Me

Nicole Skotz, M.S., BCBA, is a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience working with neurodiverse teens and adults.


Throughout her time as a clinician, Nicole's goal has been to create spaces where her clients can be comfortable and confident in who they are. She is there to support and guide them towards understanding more about themselves, accomplishing their goals, and creating the future that they want.


Nicole's main specializations are ADHD, executive functioning, and anxiety. She embeds Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and behavioral change strategies in her work to help her clients reconnect with their values and gain strategies to help improve their lives. She is neuro-affirming and loves helping clients create action in their lives.
