Parent Therapy for Parents of Neurodivergent Children & Teens

Support for parents navigating stress, burnout, behavior concerns, school challenges, and the emotions of raising a neurodivergent child.

Parent Therapy

Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally exhausting, especially when the strategies that seem to work for other families are not working for yours.

Many parents come to us feeling burned out, anxious, unsupported, or stuck in constant stress around school concerns, emotional regulation, routines, friendships, independence, or behavior challenges.

Some feel disconnected from their partner, misunderstood by family members, or consumed by guilt and self-doubt.

Our parent therapy services provide practical support, emotional guidance, and neurodivergent-informed strategies that help parents better understand their child while also caring for themselves in the process.
