Neuroaffirming Therapy for Neurodivergent Teens, Adults, and Parents

"Helping autistic clients unmask so they can become the best versions of themselves"

I help clients build practical strategies based on what's important to them and how their brain works best. Together, we work toward reducing life's stressors and increasing everything that brings them joy.

About Me

I am the Founder, Co-Owner, and Clinical Director of Curated Family Therapeutics. While I won't share my age 😁, I will share that I am approaching almost 20 years of supporting the neurodivergent community, their teachers, and their loved ones.

One of the things I'm most proud of is leading CFT's commitment to providing neuro-affirming care that respects each client's individual strengths, challenges, and goals. I love helping clients build self-understanding, navigate life's demands, and create sustainable systems that support long-term well-being.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy yoga, attending concerts, and spending time with my wife, son, and dog.

My Approach to Therapy

Therapy should be both value-driven and practical. My style is professional, approachable, and collaborative. We practice a lot during sessions, and I want every client to know there is a real person behind the therapist title.

My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and informed by neurodiversity-affirming practices. Together, we explore who you are, what matters most to you, and the obstacles that may be getting in the way of living the life you want. Rather than focusing on “fixing” you, we focus on building skills, increasing self-understanding, and taking meaningful action toward your goals.

I pay close attention to the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that influence your day-to-day choices. Our work together is intended to help you become your own expert over time. The goal is not for you to stay in therapy forever. It's for you to leave with the confidence, skills, and tools to move forward independently.

What It's Like to Work Together

I aim to create sessions that are supportive, engaging, and growth-oriented. Our work together should feel encouraging while also challenging you to move toward the life you want.

Sessions are structured enough to provide direction, while remaining flexible enough to address what is most important to you. We focus on both immediate concerns and long-term goals, helping you build momentum between sessions rather than simply talking about problems.

At Curated Family Therapeutics, we chose the word “Curated” intentionally. Every client brings a unique set of strengths, challenges, interests, and ways of thinking. Therapy is tailored to fit how your brain works best, not how someone else thinks it should work.
