My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy is neuro-affirming, compassionate, and highly individualized. I combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support meaningful, values-based growth while honoring each client's unique strengths, needs, and experiences. I believe lasting change happens through connection, self-compassion, and practical support that helps clients build emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, independence, and confidence in everyday life.

Jocelyn Reyes, M.A., BCBA, is bilingual (Spanish and English-speaking) and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 12 years of experience supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals from early childhood through adulthood. She specializes in combining Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, independence, and meaningful daily living skills.
