About Me
I'm a dedicated and accomplished Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents. I earned my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and have a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Throughout my career, I've focused on working with children, collaborating with schools, clinics, and private practices to provide personalized and evidence-based interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges.
I'm a trailblazer in the field, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices. I've presented research at conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the field's growth. My work often emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and social validity.
In addition to my professional roles as a Practicum Instructor, clinical director, and consultant, I'm known for my compassionate and family-centered approach to working with children. I'm also active in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the field through my involvement with CalABA.

My Approach to Therapy
My approach to support is structured to systematically teach skills while modeling and goal setting until I empower the individual or caregiver with the skills they need to live a fulfilling life. I use evidence-based approaches to set and monitor goals while using a hands-on approach to model implementation in your everyday life.

Personal, fun, engaging, and empathetic. My style is warm, supportive, and transparent. Sessions are conversational, structured, and hands-on. We focus on a model of review, practice, and complete. I support until I can fade myself out, moving toward goals focused on empowering each person to meet their goals.
