- Developing and maintaining the needed skills to support a loved one with a diagnosis

- Developing and maintaining a healthy relationship with your partner and other loved ones 
- Developing skills to increase the self-reliance 
- Developing and maintaining family relationships, friendships, professional relationships, and romantic relationships 
 How Does It Work- Free Consultation - 1 Hour Via Phone Call or Telehealth 
 - Initial Assessment - 1Hour with Master Level BCBA 
- Review History of Progress 
- Identify Goals and Needed Strategies 
- Values Assessment 
 - Support Sessions (WEEKLY) - 50-Minute In-Person or Telehealth with Master Level BCBA 
- Skill Building 
- Visual Progress Review 
 - Family Or Accountability Partner Meeting (OPTIONAL--MONTHLY) - 50-Minute In-Person or Telehealth with Master Level BCBA 
- Skill Building 
- Visual Progress Review 
 - Goal Progress (WEEKLY) - Customized goals determined by client and CFT professional. 
 - Accountability Check In (WEEKLY) - Texting Check-In from CFT Professionals 
 - Re-evaluation (EVERY 3 MONTHS) - 50-Minute In-Person or Telehealth with Master Level BCBA 
- Larger Examination of Progress 
- Reassessment of Goals 
- Create and Develop New Goals 
- Develop Fade Out Plan of Service If Needed
