Free Consultation

  • 1 hour phone call with a CFT BCBA

Initial Assessment

  • 4-8 Hours

  • Parent, teacher, and professional interview

  • Direct observation at home or school

  • Identify child / team goals and needed strategies

  • Identify appropriate number of hours and pricing

Direct Support Hours

  • Direct support hours are dependent on the initial assessment and collaboration with family/child

  • Number of total hours varies from 12, 24, 48 (or custom) and will be utilized across several weeks (max 4 hours per day). 

  • Hours are used direct with the teacher, professional, and/or parent while the child is present OR not present 

    • ***20% of the hours must be used with parents***

    • ***A minimum of 10% of the hours will be for indirect work – graphing, planning, programming, etc…***

Direct Support Location

  • Homes, schools, or community settings

    • ***All school support must be approved by school administration before starting***

What Does It Look Like With A CFT Professional?

School Support (2-4 hours per)

  • Review of expectations and goals with teacher

  • Direct implementation of strategies with child

  • Modeling, roleplay, and feedback given to teachers after implementation

  • Data collection and analysis of progress

Home / Community Support (2-4 hours per)

  • Review of expectations and goals with parent

  • Direct implementation of strategies with child

  • Modeling, roleplay, and feedback given to parents after implementation

  • Data collection and analysis of progress

Parent Support (1-2 hours per)

  • Review of parent specific expectations and goals 

  • Modeling, Roleplay, and feedback given to parents after implementation

  • Heavy emphasis on mindset, relationship and goals as parents, rather than the child

  • Data collection and analysis of progress
